Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Weightlifting

Shoulder Press (3-3-3-3-3 (5 sets))

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 1 minute for 9 Rounds

5 Pullup

10 Plyo Pushup
15 reps a round

135 total reps
