Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3 (5 sets))

* no jumps bigger than 10# when start working sets

Gymnastics

Alternate between the A and B movements. Set of A then a set of B.

A: Chin Over Bar Hold (3 x Max Time)

Hold chin over pullup bar anyhow.

B: GHD Situps (3 x 10)
