Hang Power Snatch (2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (7 sets))

Strength

A: Face Pull (3 x 15)

use band or pulley to pull to the face. squeeze shoulder blades together.

B: True Pushup (3 x 15)

weighted true pushup.

B: Strict Pushup (3 x 15)

movement starts and finishes at the top, only chest touches the ground, and tension it kept for the entire movement.
