Technique the first and last snatch should look the same.

Snatch ( 14 minute EMOM 1 @ 80%)

Round down. Doesn’t have to be squat but should be.

Gymnastics

A: Side Plank (3 x 30 seconds)

both sides 30 seconds each side

B: True Pushup (3 x 20)
