– Skills are tools in a toolbox
– Example: Kipping and Butterfly Pullups
– Right tool for the job
– Get job done with wrong tool
– Change tool on the fly



Clean and Jerk (14 minute EMOM @ 80%)

A: Hollow Rock (3×14)

B: Wall Climb (3×4)

Nose and quads on floor with feet against wall.
Feet up wall until nose touches.
Walk back out til nose and quads on floor.
