Goal

Technique with heavy snatch with elevated heart rate. Should be able to do a TNG double fresh if not drop weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP

15 Box Jump (24/20)

10 Snatch (155/95)
