Mechanics, Consistency, Intensity (No Measure)

– Good Mechanics = Good Technique

– Consistency in movements over time

– Intensity: load, speed

– Once M & C are shown then Intensity

– Different movements, different intensity. Burpees vs Snatch

– cardio/sweating != instensity

Goal

Move fast. Should be capable of unbroken deadlifts even when tired.

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds (10 minute Cap)

12 Deadlift (225/155)

12 Burpee Box Over (24/20)
