Goal

Find the rhythm or build consistency. Hold on as long as possible.

Metcon (14 Rounds for reps)

14 minute EMOM

20 sec Max T2B

40 sec Rest
M1 Knees to chest (focus on kip rhythm)

M2 Toes to Ring (rhythm and full ROM, no half reps)

M3 Toes to Bar
