Goal

Unbroken thrusters. As big sets as possible on t2b.

Mobility

– Bent over toe reach (flat back)

– Foot smash with lax ball 2 minutes per foot.

– Retest: bent over toe reach (keep back in same position as first time)

3 Rounds (12 minute Cap)

400 meter Run

12 Thruster (95/65)

8 Toes to Bar
