to the gym, call mom, eat clean” say ” I will…”

– Positive and growth mindset vs. negative and static mindset

Goal

Reset each rep. Get as heavy as possible without losing form. Tight working sets

Deadlift (5-5-5-5-5 (5 sets)

20# max jumps
