60 Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20

40 Step Ups 53/35# KB

400m Run

40 Step Ups

60 Burpee Box Jump Over

80 Back Rack Reverse Lunge

200m Run

(30 min cap)

*Both partners must complete the runs

*Modification1: decrease weight

*Modification 2: decrease weight and reps to 40-30-10
